We want you to love what you ordered. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. We accept exchanges only, under specific conditions outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 business days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.

  • Only size exchanges are allowed. We do not offer exchanges for different styles or colors.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Process:
To request an exchange, email us at hestiapro@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the exchange. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

Shipping Costs and Fees:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all exchanges unless the item was received in error or defective.

We reserve the right to reject exchanges if items show signs of wear, stains, odors, or other indications of use.

At Hestiapro, we maintain a no-refund policy. All sales are considered final, except in the case of defective items or shipping errors.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hestiapro@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it, which may include an exchange or store credit, depending on the situation.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size (we offer size exchanges)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
